Delivery & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Within Germany, shipping usually takes 1–3 business days. Within the EU, approx. 3–7 business days. T-shirts and hoodies are excluded from this, with a delivery time of 3-4 weeks. Internationally, it may take longer depending on customs and local postal services

No update in tracking - is that normal?

Yes, this happens especially often during peak periods like Black Week or just before Christmas. When a parcel is in transit between two logistics partners, tracking often pauses.

If your shipment shows no movement for an extended period, we can start a DHL investigation for you.

Shipment not yet dispatched - why?

Some items (e.g. T‑shirts & hoodies) are made individually to order. Production usually takes 3-4 weeks, after which your package will be shipped.

Can I have multiple orders shipped together?

Yes, this is usually possible. Simply write to us directly after placing your order. As long as your packages have not yet been packed or shipped, we can combine them to save on shipping costs.

My package is stuck abroad - what does that mean?

For international shipments, customs, local postal services, or strikes (e.g. Canada Post) may cause delays. If there is no movement for several days, we can start a DHL investigation / trace request.

Products & Quality

Have the Sk8erboy® socks changed?

No – our Sk8erboy® socks continue to be produced in Europe in the usual quality.

If an item is sold out, will it come back?

Most standard items are regularly reproduced. However, some special editions are limited and may not return.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return underwear?

For hygiene reasons and related regulations, we only accept returns of underwear if it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Who bears the cost of a return?

As a rule, the customer bears the return shipping costs. In the case of defective items or incorrect deliveries, we will of course cover the costs and, if necessary, send you a return label.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we have received and checked your return, you will receive your credit/refund.

Production of T-shirts & hoodies

How long does it take to produce T-shirts & hoodies?

Our personalized items are only produced after the order is placed. Production takes approx. 5–7 business days, and shipping is added on top of that. You can therefore expect a delivery time of 3-4 weeks. During peak periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, delays may occur.

Crease in the logo - what to do?

The crease in the logo on our T-shirts is caused by the packaging and is not a quality defect. It can be removed easily after the first wash. In this video we show you step by step how it works.

Problems with the order

My item arrived damaged - what should I do?

Please write to us directly by email with a short description and photos. We will send you a replacement free of charge and, if needed, a return label for the defective item.

Something is missing from my order - now what?

Sorry! Just get in touch with us briefly. We’ll send you the missing items as quickly as possible.

Can I write from an email address different from the one used in the order?

For data protection reasons, we may only share order information with the original email address used to place the order. Therefore, please always contact us using the email address you used at checkout.
